My name is Alice Woodcock, and I am a first year BA Photography student at Leeds College of Art. During summer, we were set our summer project where we were asked to use the theme 'Self-portrait' and take 4 photographs which worked as a set and would present our persona. This task was set along side an essay in response to one of four photography books of our choice. The book I chose to read was 'Image Makers, Image Takers' by Anne Celine-Jaeger. I found this book really inspiring and it answered all of my questions about professional photographers. I am currently reading it today...
